Annual climatology downward solar radiative
flux at the surface. The upper panel is from Bishop-Rossow calculation,
and the lower panel is the difference between our results by using analytical
coefficents for each cloud type and Bishop-Rossow's. The r.m.s. of the
difference is 5.9 w/m**2 and the absolute value of the difference (no square)
is 4.6 w/m**2.
