GREEN TRAINS!

      ENoDen is an Electrical Railroad not too far from Tokyo. Their original green and light yellow painting is so beautiful, just like the old Tokyo street car(trolley)'s great painting. The left photo is their very early trolley #108. It is a preserved train, now. When I visited there in 1993(first time), there is a lot of this kind of traditional painted trains, but now, many of them are replaced by new car, and they JUST looked ugly! I am very sad about this...The right photo above is the very famous spot of this railroad - Eno Island. The Island is just on the right side of this photo.

Hakone Railway and Nagoya Railway

    

      These 2 photos are private railways in Japan. The left one is Hakone Mt Railway. It climb to the top of mountain. This is their old trains painted in red color. The right one is Nagoya Railway. Most of their trains are painted in red color. This is their famous Panorama EC.
